Steps to add contact form in blogger sidebar

• Got to blogger dashboard
• Select  blog layout

Inserting script code on HTML/ Javascript gadget

• In layout go to side bar 
• Select to add gadget
• It will pop up to select the code which we going to use HTML/ Javascript  as shown
  

 

Downloading code

• After selecting HTML/ Javascript
• It will pop up configure widget form to insert code
• Enter title name as contact
• On the content field Insert script code which is provided on link

You have to wait 15 seconds.

• After inserted script code, click on save 
• Review the inserted contact form on sidebar blogger post
  
• Actual contact sidebar is like shown
